Water comes to a boil in a kettle, is poured into a mug, is stirred with a metal spoon, then is dumped in the sink. The neighbors were hammering something, so once or twice i re-started an action. . . .

Tiny and resonant impacts with a tiny piece of metal on a tea cup (china like). Tonality: c-c#. Recorded with zoom h6 and clippy em184 from fel electronics. Light denoise with rx 7 spectral denoise.
Pouring from a recently boiled kettle (complete with click from cutoff switch as the kettle is tipped) into a small mug with coffee in the bottom. Recorded using a zoom h1 with the built in stereo microphones.
These sounds came from a session where i needed to record very gentle clinking sounds with a tea set. The setup is an mxl3000 mic through a neve portico preamp. They are very soft by design.
I recorded some sounds of a mug half-full with tea. Recorded (in order):spoon clickingbrushing the back of the spoon on the top of the mugputting down the mugmoving the mugstirring.
Several takes of putting a glass cup with a spoon inside onto table, then putting spoon into the cup, then pouring hot water into the glass, spoon still inside. Recorded as a foley for a short feature i heleped with some sound design.
